ABOUT US
Submitted by DanShaurette on Sun, 2007-02-25 11:05.About Us
The Association was founded in October 2000 from the support generated at the Charette Family Reunion held in St. Francois, New Brunswick, Canada in July 2000.
The goal of the Association is to foster an historical and genealogical study and appreciation of the Charette name and its variants, such as Charette, Charest, Shaurette, Shorette, etc.
With this website, we hope to increase the association membership, by reaching out globally to the descendents of Mathieu Choret.
